We specialize in weddings, dinner parties and banquets, seminars and management retreats, golf tournaments, golf retreats and packages. We work hard to make sure your one of a kind function exceeds your expectations. You will be provided with our personal attention and a casual atmosphere. We have several areas and banquet rooms from which to choose.
Our Eagles Nest is located on the second floor of the Lodge has a large conference table (seats 14) as well as space for 6 or 7 small tables. It is perfect for a small party, meeting or card tournament.
Our Shenvalee Board Room is available for meetings and dinners for 12 or less. This is a small room with a large conference table. We use it on holidays for family dinners and small dinner parties.

| The Miller Room is located just off the lobby and really consists of 2 rooms. The seating in this area is around 30 people. It is a wonderful location for an intimate dinner party or a small business meeting. |

| The Colonial Room is located just off the Miller Room and serves as our middle dining area. This area seats between 50-60 people and can be closed off to be self-contained or opened to be an extension of the Miller and Massanutten Rooms. |

The Massanutten Room is the largest of our Banquet Rooms and may seat up to 90 people. This room was built in the 80s to replace the original ballroom after a fire damaged the lodge in 1929. A dance floor covers one third of this room. It is a perfect room for wedding receptions, large meetings or dinners. Because this room connects with the Colonial Room, additional space is available for even larger parties and banquets. |

The Hospitality Room or Sand Trap located in the basement of the Lodge building was the original bar for the Shenvalee. It is now used as additional banquet space. This room has an outside entrance and a seating capacity of 45. It has a Two TVs that is perfect for a movie night. This is the perfect setting for a birthday party, guy or girls night out, or any event. |
The Cart Barn is a large building just off to the side from our Sports Bar. In the winter, we house our golf carts in this building but in the Spring, Summer and Autumn it doubles as a wonderful picnic and dinner site for our Golf Tournaments and Grill Outs. The putting green is right out side the barn and makes a great after dinner activity.
The Shenvalee Sports Lounge located right behind the Pro Shop is our newest venue. We have a full service restaurant with 2 dining areas. It is open every day at 11:00 and closed when everyone goes home. This area may be used for functions and is great for sport�s theme parties. It is a great space to have a beverage and tally up your scores or relax with friends watching your favorite sporting event on the several large screen TV�s. Kick back and enjoy the panoramic view of the Massanutten Mountains.

Appointments may be arranged at your convenience. Every function, regardless of size, receives our personalized care and attention.
Tentative Holds:
Function space may be tentatively held, without a deposit, at your request, for a maximum of 10 days. We ask that you confirm or release the date in question within that time frame.
Guarantees:
The guaranteed number of guests must be made no later than 7 days prior to the function date. The guarantee will be charged even if the attendance declines. Any additional amount over the guaranteed number will be charges to your account accordingly. If a guaranteed number is not received within these parameters, the highest estimated number on your contract will be used for billing purposes.
Confirmed Bookings:
A signed contract and non-refundable deposit of $200.00 will confirm your booking. The deposit will be credited toward your final bill. A deposit of an estimated 50% of the function cost will be required after completion of the contract. This deposit is non-refundable at the time of the final contract. A signed contract must be received at least 60 days before the function.
Billing and Payment
Payment in full is due at the completion of your event.
