The Fairway House Room Rates
Non-golfers

Downstairs
2 Adults: $137
3 Adults: $198
4 Adults: $262
5 Adults: $283

Children 13 years old and younger: No charge with two or more adults.
One adult with children 13 years old and younger will be charged the 2 Adult rate.

Upstairs Per Room:
Rates are the same as motel room rates. No access to the downstairs.
Children 13 years old and younger: No charge with two or more adults.
One adult with children 13 years old and younger will be charged the 2 Adult rate.

Whole house:
Weekends: $440 (Friday and Saturday) 8 adults.
Weekdays: $418 (Sunday through Thursday) 8 adults.

Golf Package

Rates are $5 per night over regular motel rates (double occupancy). This includes groups
renting the whole house (or any part of it) as long as they have access to the downstairs.

If guests stay upstairs and do not have access to the downstairs facilities, rates are the
same as regular golf packages.
