Guest Policies

Shenvalee's Guest Policies are as follows:

Check in time - 3:00 p.m.
Check out time - 1:00 p.m.

Returning to room after checking out is not permitted without prior approval from management of Shenvalee.

Golf Packages - advance deposit of $100.00 is required on each room
February 25, 2011 - Nov. 20, 2011

A straight room rental will require a $50.00 deposit on each guaranteed room.

Shenvalee's Cancellation Policy:
10 or more rooms
- 90 days in advance "Full refund of deposit"
- Less than 90 days "$25.00 per person"
- No notification "$50.00 per person"

9 or less rooms
- 45 days in advance "Full refund of deposit"
- Less than 45 days "$25.00 per person"
- No notification "$50.00 per person"

Departing Early - $25.00 per person per night.
